I have been looking for a decent AYCE kbbq spot in ktown post covid, as I feel like the quality of food and overall dining experience has completely fallen off. 7th street bbq: HOLD MY BEER.... Inside space is super simple and clean esp for a space that has 10-15 tables MAX....We showed up on a very warm Sunday and were welcomed by cold AC and friendly smiles. Within the first 10-15 minutes of us being seated and getting our first round of meats on the grill, we were approached by the owner (super friendly korean lady with shorter hair). As a business owner myself, I recognize and appreciate watching people truly have a passion in their work. All the banchan is freshly made with no shortcuts or watering down on ingredients. Now on to the meat: One big thing I noticed was the meat quality and presentation looking the SAME as it did from the very first order all the way to the very last.... The owner mentioned that her husband is a meat wholesaler for the city which prob explains why the cuts are all premium. If you are looking for an AYCE KBBQ spot that doesn't fall short on quality and service, I highly recommend. The price (both options) are very reasonable. We will be back!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/10. The staff, the moment we got there, was super friendly and seating was very fast to accommodate our big party of 12.

Overall: Great AYCE KBBQ in ktown without sacrificing quality! The owner/ahjummas/wait staff are so warm and friendly. For the price point, no wait on a Saturday night, and warm service, this makes my short list of fav ayce kbbq spots. Service: A - super attentive and friendly. They refilled on meats and banchan as they checked in on us consistently as well as providing different suggestions. I also saw the owner provide a customer with an apron to cover her dress during her meal! Quality/Selection: A - meat quality was solid, especially for the price point of both options. We went with option #1 but will be back for option #2! Ayce on banchans/jigae/steamed egg was clutch. Brisket, Beef Belly, Pork Belly, Pork Jowl, and Pork Collar Butt was our rotation and quality was solid! Really loved the beef belly and Pork Jowl. I prefer samjjang with my kbbq and theirs tasted homemade! Ended the meal with a nice refreshing Sujeonggwa.

Wow. This is now my favorite and go-to AYCE krn bbq spot. Don't be fooled by the name of the restaurant- the name is unassuming but the quality of the meat, side dishes, and selection is top notch and is truly a hidden gem in ktown. This restaurant offers all of the must-haves: rice cake (dduk ssam), radish wrap, salad, corn cheese, steamed egg, soybean soup, and of course the meats! If you've ever experienced the quality of meats decline after the first plate, you will not be disappointed here. The quality of meats is consistent with each plate and that's rare. And the side dishes...chefs kiss! Give this restaurant a try and you just might find your favorite spot too!

Knowing how Korean BBQ places can be packed in Ktown, I know I can come to 7th Korean BBQ and easily find a table. I think this place gets overlooked since it's a smaller restaurant and it's a block away from the more popular places on 6th. They have valet parking which is only usually a few bucks, but I usually just walk down since it's a block away from my apartment. If you don't feel like waiting 1 hour+ on Korean bbq, I would highly recommend this place!

The 1 star reviews can be ignored - this is my go to KBBQ place in Ktown. I came to this place from a tiktok recommendation, and it's probably one of the best KBBQ places I've had in the area. The prices are really fair, especially with the non-premium menu. The meat is quality meat. The brisket I ordered was not as fatty as other KBBQ places I've been to, and that gives this place the extra edge over others. The bulgogi and other meats we ordered were really tender and flavorful. I also like how the meat dishes aren't filled with meat so you're open to try more different dishes. The regular menu doesn't limit you to only a few options, so it's more than enough for the majority of people. They also have a plethora of Korean side dishes, including rice paper! Service was really good and attentive, and we were greeted with only smiles. They also weren't busy when I arrived on a Saturday around 5PM.

I enjoyed my lunch last time with my cousin so much, that I decided to have the same, spicy squid stone pot rice for take out. I ordered ahead and it was almost ready by the time Ivhad parked. They give you four small side dish items along with small soup for takeout orders. They packed it well not to spill, a big plus!!

My FAVORITE local all you can eat kbbq spot! Everyone has their favorites or they go to the mainstream party ones, but I LOVE this spot because of the hospitality. This feels like your mom and auntie opened up a kbbq spot and employed their kids to work there. But that's exactly what I love. They will come and put the meat on the grill for you then you can cook as you please. They are very attentive to you and bring you more stuff as needed. Unlimited sides, salads, and most importantly radish paper. Tip: lay a piece of radish paper on your meat and eat it in one bite. This helps you eat more and also helps break up the constant meat texture. Seating: indoor table Parking: paid valet cash only Wifi: no Payment: cash or card Vibe: mom and pop AYCE kbbq Dress code: casual and you will smell like meat after so don't dress in your nice stuff

Quite impressed with this AYCE KBBQ place. I have high standards for KBBQ in general, and I'm very aware between the difference between AYCE & non-AYCE KBBQ places, so I know how and what to critique, but I must say that this place was already excellent for an AYCE option. We decided to do the upper AYCE selection at $39.99 per person which included a great selection of banchan (literally better than the other non-AYCE place we went to a few days earlier). Both the servers working the night we went were super friendly, and the owner even came over to say hi and to make sure we let the large intestine cook longer. The service was overall pretty good even though they got a dinner rush when we arrived, and the fact that they HAVE rice paper here and chili garlic sauce/paste which is almost a necessity for me these days is fantastic. We got a variety of different meats and agreed that even the bulgogi here was fresh and yummy even thought typically we wouldn't expect that for an AYCE place. All the additional "premium" meats that came with the higher price were great as well. Oh, the pancake that came with the meal was also so good! Lastly, when we received the check, the little older lady server came over to give us some leftover Halloween candy in a plastic pumpkin bowl to choose from. Honestly, considering the service, food options, and ease of everything at this place, we found this to be an amazing option!
